• Prequalification required by iiX — IntelliCorp's Motor Vehicle Record vendor. Contact Sally Medina (800) 299-7099 x142, and identify yourself as an IntelliCorp customer. If she is unavailable, dial "0" for the operator and ask for the Compliance Department; identifying yourself as an IntelliCorp customer requesting access to Washington State Motor Vehicle Reports.
